Ruark Acoustics - Talisman III Speakers

An evolution of the highly reputed original floorstanding model first introduced in 1986, the Talisman III is a premium quality loudspeaker embracing the latest drive unit technology and construction methods. Retaining the revealing musicality and distinctive visual elegance of the original with yet further improvements to its lucidity and precision.

Talisman III builds on the performance of Sabre III by adding a lager scale and more dynamic sound. They offer huge range and detail for such a compact floorstander and are very position friendly when it comes to placement in your room allowing good performance when placed close to rear walls.

The Talisman III is both traditional and contempory in its design with classic clean lines and a craftsman build quality associated with all Ruark Acoustics Speakers.

System Type: Bass Reflex 2 Way Floorstanding Monitor. Critically damped 18 & 25mm MDF construction with internal non-symmetric brace system. Mass loading facility.
Drive Units: Tweeter: 27mm Sonolex dome with polymer surround allows excellent transient response with high stability. Optimised vented magnet system with acoustically damped rear chamber.
Bass/Mid: 180mm treated profiled pulped fibre cone. High loss pure rubber surround. Low reflection injection moulded alloy chassis. High flux magnet system. Lightweight voice coil assembly. High power handling capability.
Crossover: Precision audio grade components, Crossover point 3.0KHz.
Frequency Response: 40Hz - 22KHz +/- 3dB (free space conditions)
